	We use Paypal for our shopping cart, which in turn allows LOWER prices on our same, high quality jewelry as others! Paypal offers a secure, confidential way to shop; we will never see your credit card information! YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE A MEMBER OF PAYPAL TO MAKE A PURCHASE! If you're not a member, just click on "not a member" button , & proceed with you secure checkout process. You may also pay with a personal or cashiers check. You can do this by either downloading an order form to fax/mail, or you can simply contact me at jewelry@charming-beads.com. Just provide the item # and description, and any other specifications, and then send your payment. Please note your merchandise will not ship until payment is received in full. Returns: I provide a two year guarantee. You may send your item back to be fixed at no charge.  I do not provide cash refunds on custom items unless your item becomes defective within the first 30 days; otherwise you may receive store credit. *If you are not completely satisfied with your item, please send it back immediately in the same packaging it comes in.
